Information about the sections of this template
SETTING
- COMPANY INFORMATION: In the settings section you can enter your company or organization name, address, phone number, email and website. By doing this, your organization's name will be printed on the payslip when you take it out.
- HOLYDAYS: The most special facility provided in the settings section is to register your institute or company holidays. Here you only have to enter the date of the holiday, and in the cell in front of the date cell you have to write the number of holidays. This template will automatically remove all leave dates from your attendance register. Which will make it easier for you to attend.
- WEEKEND: A weekend is a day you choose during the week for your company's employees. A day when the company is closed and the staff is on holiday may be Sunday, but one convenience is that you can choose any day other than Sunday for the weekend. Here you just have to select the weekend day. For example you select Sunday as a weekend, Sunday is deleted from your attendance register, so you can easily add attendance for the rest of the days.
- Start Date: The start date will be the date of your company, when you use this register for your employees. Whatever date you enter in this cell, your attendance register starts attendance from that date, and the pay sheet also starts from that date. Here if you have past dues of accused then you can calculate them manually.
- PERSONAL LEAVE DEDUCTION: Personal Leave Deduction There are two options for you in this sale. One option is to take personal leave. In case of yes, you have to enter "Yes" and in case of no you have to enter "No". If you enter "Yes", whenever your staff is absent, the absence will be deducted from their pay. Absence is not deducted if you do not write.
- SET FOLDER FO DOCUMENTATION: In this cell you have to select a folder. Where you save the documentation i.e. pay slips, which are generated in PDF format, in the same folder.
Consider an important note regarding personal leave deduction.
When a member of your staff is absent, if "Yes" is entered, the pay for the day of absence is deducted. This template works automatically. If you choose "No", the salary is not deducted. This does not necessarily mean that your staff member will continue to receive absence pay. This is not the case at all. However, this template calculates the salary of any staff member in days of the month. Weekends or holidays you choose for your company, if these holidays fall on your work days, your employee's pay also counts on those days, which are the rest of the month. For example, if there are twenty-five working days, your staff's salary is counted in twenty-five days. and if any staff is absent. So when you enter yes in the relevant cell the absence is deducted from his salary. This software template works in working days in a month. And the salary of the staff also counts only in working days. In case of leave he gets less pay per leave. But the member's remaining working days are not affected. However, in case of absence, the salary of the remaining working days of the member is affected. Because his pay per absence is divided by the remaining days of attendance. Which certainly clarifies the difference between taking leave and being absent.
